What I liked
What I enjoyed the most working at FSL is helping so many people find resolutions to their everyday problems and made myself feel good in finding these resolutions based on the resources FSL provided.
What I wish was different
There is nothing I would wish differently as everyday was a learning experience for me.
Advice
Clients notice body language so be cautions of the time you are with your clients. They also wasted time of day to come to you in hope you have the answer to their problem. Even if you can not find a resolution yet, do not hesitate to ask another for assists. Just make sure that you are giving your client 100% of your attention during your meetings.
