I like how flexible they are with there college workers and the fact that they have tuition reimbursement is really nice.

There is nothing that I wish would have been different.

That some days are going to suck and be really hard but someone is always going to have your back an support you.

What I liked
The money. was making $30 an hour with overtime and had 60+ hours a week
What I wish was different
I was treated like crap the harder you worked the more they worked you. After the quarter was over everyone took a pay cut and I was only making 14 an hour without notice. I quit when they tried to force me to work an additional shift after my shift finished. I had a second job and would be unable to work it if I did that. They said they came first and I would have to work anyway. Since they cut pay without notice and force additional shifts without notice I quit without notice.
Advice
Do not recommend working here. People quit faster then they get hired.

Wouldn't recommend working at this FedEx Ground location. Management didn't care about the employees very much
