I loved the leadership and direction, the people, the clients, working with other interns, the variety of tasks and clients and the work load. I loved seeing how an agency works and getting to be a part of some important brands.
What I wish was different
I wish, like any intern, I'd had more freedom and responsibility to create from scratch rather than iterate but those jobs are important too!
Advice
Ask questions! People want to help you learn and grow but you can help make the best of you internship by asking people about what you want to learn.
Also, when you finish tasks, ask for more work and make yourself available for them!
