I like that foreUP gave me a lot of responsibility. I was able to get my hands dirty with a lot of different projects. I know I have made a difference in my time at foreUP and I really like that.
What I wish was different
I wish I could receive more one on one training from other departments.
Advice
Ask to be involved. The more responsibility I asked for the more I learned. I also gained a lot of respect from the senior leadership at the company.
