I liked being appreciated and let work on items that i had not yet experienced. I also enjoyed the mix of freedom and guidance that was given to me while learning many thing inside and outside of accounting
What I wish was different
Possibly getting more carrer specific experience or maybe working on some larger more thought provoking tasks

Help other people out... Family like atmosphere and always communicate and make friends with people in your department
