I worked with Read by 4th! and had the opportunity to experience a city-wide reading campaign. I worked on projects on expanding the footprint of the organization.

The only thing would be to have clearer goals for my work.

What I liked
I liked getting to work with teens and share my experiences with them and give them advice. When I was in high school I was in there same position, so I was able to lead them efficiently. It was rewarding at the end when my team told me I was the best leader they had and that they were going to miss me.
What I wish was different
When working with teens it's very difficult to have them communicate effectively when you're not with them. I would have liked if they were quicker to respond/communicate with me.
