“This position was remote, but despite being removed from a physical office space, I really appreciated the way the team at GTB (and the studio Makerhouse which I was directly interning with via GTB) handled communication and incorporating me into projects. The team environment and overall encouragement to learn and speak with colleagues, spend time on developing new skills and getting the chance to shadow professionals at work on client projects was a huge plus.
