What I liked
I enjoyed getting to know the participants and assisting with the documentation process.
What I wish was different
I don't think that the company is very organized. They go through so many employees because the participants tend to be really behavioral.
Advice
The position can be extremely challenging if you aren't self-motivated. A lot of work that needs to be done is mainly your responsibility and the supervisors will not always tell you what to do.

Don't be afraid to get outside of you comfort zone with this job. It helps your clients tremendously and it helps you to grow as well.
