What I wish was different
I wish there had been more flexibility with staff meetings (i.e. attending via Skype/Zoom). Being able to attend regularly was difficult.
Advice
Being open to feedback and working collaboratively and cooperatively with coworkers was essential to success in this position. Developing good relationships with the people you work with in a position like this one is critical because the work can be very stressful and the support is priceless.
