Working with the elderly and making them smile! Also i genuinely enjoy cooking gas well!
What I wish was different
The salary staff (Administration) sometimes made things more complicated than it needed to be as well as i wish we didn't have 3 managers in the year i was there. To sum it all up, stability is what i wish id had in that facility!
Advice
If you have an issue working in the heat then the kitchen is not for you, it sometimes would reach temperatures over 100 degrees Fahrenheit
