The people who work there. The employers were great people to talk to and very understanding. Most of the employees were also nice and it was a good working with them.
What I wish was different
I wish I hadn't made as many mistakes as I did. None of them had really got on me about a mishap that had happened when I didn't catch an error in the cutting and it was rare for that to happen with me, but it had been a waste of time and material when those instances had occurred.
Advice
Be cautious. Always make sure that you take special care and find a mistake as quickly as possible if it appears. You don't want to go through several batches of boards and then find out that the alignment had been off the entire time. Though I would also say that try to stay calm. Don't let yourself get rattled if things go wrong. If that happens, then you need to relax and solve it as efficiently as possible.
