What I wish was different
I wish management had been stable as we went through 7 managers and I was being managed by the AGM who had no prior experience and started as a front desk clerk at the same time as me.
Advice
Don’t stay somewhere that you are being taken advantage of. People will take kindness as weakness and will use you unless you set boundaries and speak up for yourself and the way you want to be treated.
