What I liked

The team is made up of amazing, supportive, and experienced people. Even though the position was remote, I never felt isolated as I always had a mentor and a friend in my managers. The experiences proved to be very flexible and the team was very interested in fullfilling my goals, and help me fullfill theirs.

What I wish was different

Not a thing!


This job requires an open mind, a growth mindset, and willingness to spend a lot of time reading and learning about the industry and IS customers. My biggest advice is the advice I received from the team in my first interview. He said that one of the best qualities a worker can have is humour and that being able to connect with the team was going to be essential and more important than some of the technical skill I may have.
