Imagine Scholar is an award-winning educational non-profit with a simple mission: catalyzing untapped human potential to create a more kind, just, and interesting world. Ten years ago, five local students took a chance and founded the organization. The small cohort, meeting once a week under a tree with our founder, dreamed up a program that would support youth on their development journey and collective interest to impact the world.
Today, Imagine Scholar has taken monumental steps towards achieving that dream. A vibrant, inspired US and SA based staff of 10 now serve 300-320 youth and young adults through the following programming:
Imagine Explorer Program: 50 students (grade 8) attending 2-6 hours/a week for nine months; priming and recruitment program for secondary school programs
Imagine Scholar Program: 60 students (grade 9-12) attending six days/25 hours a week ***our flagship program
Imagine Impact Program: 60 students (grade 9-12) attending 1-3 days/8 hours a week
Imagine Camps Program: 60 students (grade 9-12) attending 1-4 day programs over school holidays
Graduate Program: 3-10 students (18-22 year olds) attending 40 hours a week
Alumni Program: 74 students (university - early professional) receiving academic, social, emotional, and leadership coaching and mentorship
