Awesome work environment. Lots of freedom to work at your own pace. Full-time engineers are more than willing to help you succeed.
What I wish was different
I really had no issues. If any thing, I wish auburn had a class for how to use the internet for engineering research.
Advice
Apply yourself, pick a project, and learn as much as you can on your own before you bother someone else about your problem.

Laptops provided, break room had snacks and beverages for employees, professional development meetings, freedom to get your project done, and flexible schedule.

More energizers available to help with coding problems when days were spent on it

Google is your best friend, don’t be afraid to read through online resources to help with getting a project finished.
