You also attend biweekly luncheons with members of different departments to get a feel for the entire company. This includes a luncheon opportunity with the CEO. Get to know the CEO because he is awesome and gives good advice. Also, utilize the weekly touchbase meetings with your supervisor on the HRIS team, she's amazing and gives great feedback.
