What I liked
The ICL Crew is very hands-on and let me try my hand at many different aspects of the business. I was always included in meetings and on projects and this really helped me to make the most of my experience. They are also really flexible with hours so it allowed me to create my own schedule. The team really works together on everything and really try to keep you involved in everything.
