What I liked

The job experience taught me a lot about the entertainment/catering industry, and the importance of developing healthy work cultures, and organizational management experience. I especially enjoyed how it pushed me to learn more about my culture outside of work.

What I wish was different

Defining, and sticking to unchanging processes, adding more team-building experiences/meetings where we can both bond, and where the manager can share and reiterate his vision to the team and set goals for everyone to aim for.

Advice

Wherever you work, whatever your responsibility, there are more opportunities than you think. I advise you to absorb what’s most valuable in this or any experience. Even what “not” to do sometimes.
