Friendly coworkers, was able to work remotely, flexibility in work hours, decent pay.
What I wish was different
Development onboarding was slightly a mess. Everyone had different environments (and quirks/issues) which could sometimes interfere with work.
Advice
Utilize your coworkers to the fullest extent. I found working with others helpful in solving my work tasks; I also was able to help others overcome technical issues they had.

Take this opportunity and grow as much as you can. It was difficult at first but I learned more in 6 months than 3 years in University.
