What I liked

I liked working to make the customers have the best experience possible. I also liked being able to see behind the scenes of what is needed to make a cafe run and function.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had better training. Everyone that was working there was unsure of protocol and how to do things properly which caused a lot of unneeded frustration.


Don't take things personally. Just take every mistake as a learning experience.
