The work atmosphere was fantastic. Very intelligent and driven people working to achieve a common goal. The assignments given to me were very interesting and added to the field I am studying in college.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more site visits and out of office experiences related to the assignments I was given.
Advice
Always give assignments your best effort. Don't be afraid to speak up in meetings or ask questions after partner calls.

What I liked
I liked getting to know the people who worked at KaBOOM! and what brought them to the Non-Profit.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a little more communication between my supervisor and I since he was gone for a week.
Advice
Even if you do not like the job that you do, knowing what you do not like is invaluable experience
