I absolutely love working at Kao. The culture is amazing. They truly care about each and every person. There are plenty of opportunities to communicate with upper management. Through this opportunity, I got real world experience and made an impact on the overall business.
What I wish was different
Honestly, I would not change anything about my experience. My manager makes sure that I get to work on all aspects of the business that interest me.
Advice
I would encourage anyone looking at working at Kao to be committed to the company and willing to continue working while in classes. Because I have been there part-time since the end of my co-op rotation, I have gotten so much more experience and knowledge.

What I liked
I really liked being able to work on different projects that have an impact on the brand I worked on. I also liked how family-oriented the team was and making me feel welcomed since the beginning.
What I wish was different
I wish I would've realized how much contribution I was making earlier in my internship.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions when you don't know something. Know that you're contributing way more than you think you do.
