I started working on the production floor and they asked me if I wanted to move up to the office - they are a growing company and there are lots of opportunities to grow with them.
What I wish was different
The problem with being a growing company is that you often have to figure things out yourself - if you're not a "go getter" then that is kind of hard.
Advice
Go there ready to work hard and you will be rewarded!
