This is a remote position so I can work from home. I get paid weekly (Fridays). My boss and co-workers are all very positive and understanding individuals!
What I wish was different
I wish people were nicer over the phone, but that's not something that Katon Direct can fix.
Advice
I would advise getting a headset to make it more comfortable to talk to people for extended periods of time. I also suggest getting a headset that has the option to mute yourself since the system does not give you that option.
