I loved that it was a small company that was growing so fast.
What I wish was different
Since it was such a fast growing company, they were at times not organized.
Advice
Take advantage that it was a small company and let others know who you are. Go out and introduce yourselves to others, find the job you want to do at the company. There were many opportunities if you just went and asked around.
