(Applies only to Southeast Construction Division) When working on DOT projects, there are many opportunities to get to work with people that really understand the construction and transportation field, but they will only teach you if you’re willing to shadow them closely, act interested in what they are trying to show you, and prove to them you’re willing to help with the work involved.
