Advice
Be proactive and ask for your assignments, don't expect to be given things. Also, do as much coverage as possible (once you finish one, ask for another in the same breath). That's how you get the most experience and learn the most.

What I liked
Read a diverse range of stories so I was able to see what kind of writers are out there. It was really cool to know that some of my comments could have an impact on a story.
