Sales Associate

May - August 2019 • Cincinnati, OH

What I liked

Overall, I had a great experience working at Kendra Scott! The company culture is great and the business is centered around three pillars: Fashion, Philanthropy, and Family. The staff is incredibly growth minded and welcoming, they helped me learn the importance of a "retail experience" and attentive customer service .

What I wish was different

Adapting to the job is challenging. There are many stocking procedures and product names and it was hard to learn on the job.

Advice

Go into the experience with an open mind! The job is very rewarding, however, you get out of it what you put into it. If you go into it with a positive mindset and you can learn a lot about the retail industry and yourself as a sales associate.
