You form really close and intense relationships really fast because you're literally with these people, and only these people for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for three months. There's tons of international staff which is really cool. I learned a lot from them.

I feel that it helped me be more understanding and patient with the campers because I could better see the reasoning behind their actions. Which also helped me be able to communicate with them better and correct them when needed, which lead to having better relationships with the campers.
