What I liked

I liked that I got to help the students learn how to play their instruments in a more musical way.

What I wish was different

I wish I would've had more chances to actually learn how to make the music sound nicer.

Advice

I would highly recommend this type of volunteering to anyone who is interested in teaching a high school band of any sort.
