I liked that I had the opportunity to shape thousands of student’s first experience staying on campus.
What I wish was different
There’s not much I would change, but the schedule for Destination Kent State was changed for this year, and it still needed some fine tuning. More time to hang out with the students in chill environments would be nice.
Advice
You don’t need to be an outgoing crazy person to be a Flashguide, there are students of all types coming into DKS, and one of them might be impacted by your journey, so don’t discredit your experiences.
