My schedule was really flexible. Management and staff were cooperative, so I had decent support. I knew my coworkers well too.

What I liked
Working with the kids! You learn just as much as they do. It really makes you realize that every one is intellectually different.

The pay should be higher, at least $13/hr.

What I liked
It wasn't very demanding hours, so it gave me a chance to work on online classes and spend time with my family. It also helped with mental math and learning about the process of learning from the kids.
What I wish was different
I would have considered may be even taking another job.
Advice
Working during the summer helps save money even if its a small part time job. I got to work with kids, and although it really didn't have anything to really do with my major (Pharmacy), I still got work experience.
