My co-workers were very cool people and fun to be around. Working with children was always exciting. I enjoyed the creative freedom when giving the pre-game briefing.
What I wish was different
Inevitably, with any customer service job you are bound to meet some uncooperative customers. Management did their best but occasionally they were disorganized and the party schedules quickly devolved into chaos. Crew members were sometimes left to their own devices.
Advice
If you can handle pressure and a fast-paced work environment, this is the job for you. If you cannot make yourself heard over the din of a birthday party or control large groups of small children, this may not be the job for you.
