The atmosphere and the culture of the work environment has always been extremely welcoming! The founders are very understanding of college schedules and are willing to provide an experience that they feel will be beneficial to you for post grad life.

I wish I lived a bit closer to the job but this may not be the case for all!
Advice
Always put your best foot forward! Don't be afraid to ask questions when you need to and take initiative when it is within your qualifications. Take notes! This is so important, when first starting an internship it can be very overwhelming. Taking detailed notes will make you feel more confident in what you are doing once your training has concluding and it will be easy for you to reference back to them if you get stuck. Not only will it help you, but it will show your employer that you are serious about your position and about being efficient in your work.
