What I liked
The company was very inward oriented, meaning the success of its employees was valued very highly. Continued training was given to all employees, and the training for future higher level positions was given. The workload given to me and my immediate coworker wasn’t too high and we were able to request more or less work. Upper management (CEO, CFO, etc) were always available for questions and employee wellness interviews. All around positive work atmosphere.
