Our staff consists of attorneys, CPAs, former IRS revenue officers, accountants, tax consultants and a tremendous support/secretarial staff. Due to the nature of our clientele, our firm is capable of solving tax issues arising from almost every imaginable scenario. However, it should be noted that we do not represent clients with any criminal tax matters whatsoever. Based on our strict guidelines and ability to bring clients into compliance with filings and the tax due amounts, we have been able to achieve many successes for our personal and corporate clients. The vast majority of clients that initially come to us to resolve their IRS and State tax matters, remain clients for life – and simply are converted to the conventional arm of the business. However, in certain cases, we will have a client referred to us by another CPA or Accountant that does not specialize in this tax arena. We will resolve the client’s situation, and pass the client back to the referral source with a clean bill of health.
