It is a great way to learn and expand the skills needed in many business environments. I would describe the environment as comfortable, yet progressive. The staff are friendly and a great team to be a part of!

The specific task is to review detailed spreadsheets of health insurance plans for error and address those errors. I recommend to those who would like to become an actuary or work in a similar field.
