What I liked

I loved getting to study language and culture while being involved in local ministry.

What I wish was different

I wish I had known more of the language beforehand, but nonetheless it was a great opportunity to be able to study and learn to communicate while I was there.

Advice

In all things, rely on the Lord, not yourself.

What I liked

I loved the opportunity to break out of my comfort-shell and share all the Lord is doing at Liberty University.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have seen the impact the tours have on the incoming students.

Advice

I would love for people to realize that sometimes the jobs or things that scare people the most are the very things we know we should be doing, so trust the lord, pursue the hard things, and chase for the things that will ultimately help with your future occupation.
