Lifestar Emergency Medical Services, LLC is a Critical Care Paramedic level ambulance service located in Wisconsin. With stations located in West Bend, Slinger, Grafton, Columbus, Waupun, and Adams/Friendship we offer a vast coverage area encompassing Washington, Ozaukee, Columbia, Dodge, Fond du Lac, and Adams counties. We specialize in 911 response, prehospital transports, interfacility transports and special event stand-by. Our dedication to proactive, in-house training ensures that our EMS staff operate at their highest level.
Lifestar also provides non-medical transportation services to individuals who are wheelchair bound. Our drivers are CPR and First Aid certified, and participate in quarterly, in-house training sessions.
