The culture is so friendly and welcoming, the environment creates a really supportive environment and allows for a lot of personal growth.

I wish I was able to do more social media marketing through the position, it was a lot more recruiting and communication focus

Don't be afraid to put yourself out there and interact with the individuals at LIFT, everyone is super friendly and it's beneficial to know names and faces
