What I liked
I loved the ability to work with interesting individuals in a relaxed environment. I felt I gained a lot of experience and exposure to the coffee world, how roasting is of itself its own industry, the cultural, social, and economic benefits of having coffee being served, and ways skills necessary for the foodservice industry. What made this specific opportunity amazing was seeing the barista workstyle in a corporate environment and finding out a hidden market of cafes in corporate environments.
