What I liked

I absolutely loved the corporate culture at Lipman Family Farms. They stressed health and wellness and had daily challenges that the accounting department would partake in to stay active throughout the day. The people I worked with were phenomenal and were genuinely invested in me learning as much as I can no matter the size of the task.

What I wish was different

I just wish the application was a little smoother. The application process is in the middle of going paperless so once that is finalized, it should be a lot better.

Advice

I would just say to never be afraid to ask questions. Also, don't get too crazy with questions either. I found myself actually trying to work on my problem solving skills, but if I absolutely could not figure it out, I would just ask. Prove your eagerness to learn something new and carry a little notebook with you to take notes at every meeting and conversation because that is something I am still able to look back at today.
