I wish that management didn’t change so often, it was hard to adjust to new people running the place.

Always be on time, be prepared for anything.

What I liked
The administrative staff and other teachers at the North location have been fantastic to work with. This summer they also revamped the preschool curriculum, which has made a big difference.
What I wish was different
Training could be more robust. Some center-wide or classroom-specific procedures aren't always made clear.
Advice
If you go into daycare, expect to have your limits stretched to the breaking point one day, but always be ready to give the kids every ounce of love you've got. They'll give it back to you. And be flexible. You'll have to wear many different hats.
