For too long women have bought into the idea that to feel healthy, happy, and confident we have to count almonds, weigh ourselves daily or cut down on carbs. This belief is at the roof of why women obsess about food. Through my business, I offer coaching & online courses to help women make peace with food by breaking free from diet culture, increased emotional agility, and an enhanced attunement to their bodies. My business is based on the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES), intuitive eating, and leading insights and tools from eastern thought on how to actualize emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I also work with companies and lead mindfulness sessions in organizations of all sizes. I offer services in English and Spanish.
