The environment was super welcoming and friendly, and the work felt very rewarding. I enjoyed getting an overview of all the different operations and having a chance to engage with the Galesburg community in a way that I otherwise would probably not have been able to do during my time at Knox.
What I wish was different
I wish the position had been a little more defined in terms of scope/responsibilities. It was almost too flexible and open-ended.
