What I liked

Ownership. There's no room to hide behind someone else, run late on deadlines, or put anything less than your best work in. That sounds exhausting to some, but for someone who wants to dive into their career and learn a whole horde of tools in just months, it's a great environment.

What I wish was different

Leadership is constantly on the move with big company shifts, growth hacks, and more. It makes it difficult to get one on one time with those you report to, and makes the 30 minutes always seem to short. More dedication to personal communication within the company would save everyone time and avoid confusion as we build synergy.

Advice

Be confident. It's a lean operation here, and a fast-paced environment. Don't feel intimidated by that, just jump in and own your space. You'll grow in the company in no time.
