The entire staff at Lumina was incredibly supportive and welcoming. I was able to decide which responsibilities I wanted to take on and which areas of the organization I wanted to learn more about. Even the staff outside my department were open to setting up meetings where I could pick their brains about their positions. What an amazing experience!
What I wish was different
Only that I could have been in person for the duration!
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions if you need more clarification, and take the initiative to reach out to people and start projects.
