I liked learming how to manage serving and taking care of multiple tables at once, as well as gaining knowledge about the food and drinks we serve.

I wish I had more time to fully grasp the specific flavor profiles of the items we sell, in order to better serve the customers.
Advice
When the restaurant gets busy, it can feel very stressful and intense, but for every meal time rush it gives you experience for the next one so it continues to get easier.
