What I liked

Working at Lustare was a great experience! I worked alongside the founder to grow my communication, presentation, and relationship skills. It was a great experience to learn about international luxury brands and how to work one-on-one with them. The work was very detailed oriented, which sparked much appreciation for the final results. High recommend Lustare!

What I liked

Fantastic exposure to the luxury and retail industry. You will get to work directly with the chief executive, who has impressive past leadership roles in the luxury industry, and the heads of various American retailers and European brands. The work is very hands-on and you can alway contribute your own ideas. I was able to travel to Milan to attend a trade show, work at a booth, and meet with European partners there. Highly recommend!

What I liked

Working with the executive team has been incredibly helpful in further developing my presentation, research, and organizational skills. They guided me through the entire internship experience and were always available to help! Most importantly, they gave me real work to do from day one and allowed me to prove myself through each project I worked on.
