The company has really good culture and is growing continuously. As the bank is small compared to other bulge bracket banks, there are much opportunities for interns to take responsibilities.

Return offers were very competitive. Less than 60 percent of interns got full time offer. It is very important to make sure that you communicate with your manager and hr people time to time throughout the summer.
